Change in the non-life Generali T.U. S.A. company Board
Warsaw, 28-th of April 2010. Supervisory Boards of Generali Group companies in Poland during its last meeting have approved a decision on a change in the Group's Board. Mr Michal Gomowski - current Deputy President of the Board of the non-life company Generali T.U. S.A. - has handed in his resignation from his positions in the Generali Group and is leaving the company. The change becomes effective as of 27-th of April 2010.
Mr Michał Gomowski performed his duties in Generali Group in Poland since 2004. Since September 2008 performed duties of Generali T.U. S.A. (the non-life company) Deputy President of the Board, Generali Życie T.U. S.A. (life company) Member of the Board, as well as Generali AutoProgram Sp. z o.o. (car dealers insurance) Member of the Board. His area of responsibility in Generali T.U. company was a supervision of among others non-life and corporate insurance.
